First and foremost, the staff were so friendly and kind! They were nice and patient with the kids running around the store and gave me a free replacement of my drinks when they fell on the floor. Thank you so much! Super amazing service. My friend said the iced cold brew is very strong, very good.

Cozy coffee shop that works hard to be inclusive of everyone. I appreciate having the space to sit and relax for a few moments, or even bring my laptop and settle in for some productive time. They enforce space allocation for each, and knowing there will be space for either scenario makes this my go-to spot. In addition, the coffee is amazing, service is efficient, and the café consistently smells of the warm croissants they serve. Highly recommend!

Was an incredible experience. I got a pear tart and a hot mocha. This location is far superior to their counterparts on 61st and 95th. What wonderful people!

One of my favorite cafes to go to in the city! Cozy place, delicious desserts and drinks and the people working there are always so kind! I love getting some work and reading done there- always makes my day! Highly recommend their pear tart and carrot cake!

Lovely staff, great coffee and peaceful ambience. You can sit outside in nice weather or at a table inside right by the table for a nice view. Update: Stopped in today again and had the Mixed Berry start. So delicious. Light as air and not overly sweet. Perfect iced coffee and a lovely l, cozy spot to sit. Why can’t other coffee spots be this good??

This cozy cafe houses a very nice selection of menu items. From bready goodness to hot and cold beverage delights, the aroma as soon as you walk in beckons you. The waitress named Albana was very lovely and helpful as I was trying to decide on what to order. Ultimately I had a slice of mixed berry cheesecake and pumpkin cheesecake; both were incredible. The Rooibos tea added a nice warmth to make both go down with palatable joy ✨ I'm glad I got to experience this place and I even signed up for points! Reason enough to come back aside from wanting to try more delicious treats and teas 😋😊

I visited this cafe every day while I was in New York, and it quickly became one of my favorite spots in the city! The cappuccino was perfectly made every single time, with a generous portion. One day I tried the croissant which was also amazing and fresh! The staff are incredibly sweet and welcoming, especially Albana, who made each visit feel warm. The atmosphere is cozy and the place is spacious, ideal for conversations or studying. There are plenty of outlets at every table, which is a huge plus if you're working on a laptop. They also have a great taste in music, which adds to the cozy vibes without being distracting. Highly recommend!!!

Charlotte locations always have the absolute friendliest staff, beautiful drinks and warm atmosphere. The baristas almost always remember my order and they have a good rewards program. I love both the one near my house on 60th street and the one near my office on 32nd.

If you’re coming to New York, you have to stop at this place! The customer service was amazing — she was so friendly, kind, and welcoming. The coffee and croissant were absolutely delicious, and everything comes straight from Italy. Highly recommend checking it out!

The vibe here is so cozy warm and friendly, but it's not the best for settling in and getting work done due to their 90 min policy. The cafe is spacious and the drinks and pastries are delicious. I wanted to try the famous pistachio croissant but they were out at 2pm! So I got the pistachio muffin on my guy's rec. It's filled with pistachio butter. So delicious, pistachio lover's dream. Their hot chocolate is really rich and chocolatey too, not watery at all. As for service, the reviews about wanting to be the baristas' best friend are accurate, they are very kind and caring people. The guy who took my order thoughtfully toasted my muffin without me even asking!
